This place is ridiculous & makes small business owners look incompetent. Rafael (the owner), does not have proper business skills. We paid $125 to fix our windshield on 11/26 & when we would drive we would hear & feel air coming through the windshield. We took the vehicle back 11/29 & after they were done ""fixing"" the windshield, my registration sticker (the expensive sticker) was DAMAGED! Not just a little damaged either. I mmediately talked to the owner, Rafael & he stated they don't mess with the stickers & for me to buy another one. I kept on mentioning that it was not like that to begin with & he said they didn't do it & to get tape to fix it. How would I get another one if I already bought this one. This was not my error!! This was their error!!!! I tried reasoning with him but he just walked away & said deal with it! I tried calling him to ask him again to take care of this issue & he said report me & hung up on me! This is crazy! I already notified the Better Business Bureau! This place makes small business owners look incompetent.
