Review content:
Round a month or so ago, I began experiencing pain in my mouth due to a problem with a tooth. I also started to have swelling in my throat. I called Dr. Rice on a Sunday afternoon because it has reached the level that I couldn’t wait until a business day. Dr. Rice was very concerned and wanted me to call the office for a work in. I was seen and plan a set up to do a crown and a root canal. By the next day, I became much sicker and ended up in the emergency room twice. I also had a salivary gland infection which was discovered at the last with a CT of the jaw. I returned to Dr. Rice, had the tempo-crown, a root canal, and finally the permanent crown. I had been about sick as ever in my life and Dr. Rice had informed of the seriousness of the infection on my initial visit. The care and concern I received from Dr. Rice and all of her staff was outstanding. I had extreme pain, but they helped to make a difficult situation much better quickly. I am very grateful for their care and the concern and I have a much greater appreciation.
