Review content:
Having a plumbing problem on the weekend is probably the worst way to spend your Saturday. However today, we had BJ Richardson, come to our home on a bad possible water heater. I
was opening for just a teak to our existing tank, and off he'd go.
Needless to say, we were in need of a new tank, the reason for this preliminary dialogue, is I learned so much today from BJ, in how much attention these appliance need. It's not just plugging them in, and walking away from them. Everything he explained
to my wife and I made so much sense. I feel like the continuity your company is offering makes so much sense, how your service
technician will know the customer and what were using for our
everyday appliances.
BJ is unbelievable knowledgeable, he's someone who enjoys
his work, because it shows. I must say how refreshing it was
to have him take care of our need, and to make our some what
dismal day end so nice.
