After over drafting a CLOSED acct, twice, SkinSpaMed, Dallas, Texas "gave" me 4 treatments. Today they told me the 2 that I used were considered 2 each, AFTER the fact. They basically wanted to sell me a $299.00 Groupon or cancel my appointment for another Groupon customer. \r Very disappointed after being a customer w/many referrals for years. I would NOT have used 4 treatments for 2 small areas with a laser they do not even use now due to LACK OF RESULTS ( see other no results mentioned below) This should have been explained, and I would not have gone forward. \r I had hoped that removing the scars on my face from ovarian cancer would be a possibility. I am so upset that I ever had hope. \r They are so busy getting people in and out with their Groupons, the technicians do not stop read the charts (which can be dangerous with lasers) or fully explain the procedures and if this is going to use ALL OF YOUR TREATMENTS at one time. \r I am shocked that knowing that laser did not work, and bas
