Review content:
Brought my sister's wedding dress and veil to the dry cleaners and they lost the veil, that was custom made with pieces from my Mom's wedding dress on it! Also, they still have my sister's $2,000 wedding dress that was brought in back in May. I have no idea how long it takes to clean a wedding gown but they should at least be returning our calls when we ask about it. Considering they lost a veil that can never be replaced plus they won't return any of our calls about the dress, I will never use Esposito's services again.\r

Also, I must say that my family (3 generations worth) has been going to Esposito's for many years and never had any problems until recently. Every time I go in there now, I feel like I might as well leave because I'm bothering the employees. They always have an attitude and treat you as though you're wasting their time. I feel like they started hiring a lot of younger kids who don't care about the business at all.
