Review content:
We had flooding and roof leaks that caused major water damage in our home. My insurance company referred us to Midwest Remediation. There were two phases of the project. The first phase, the crew took all of the damaged things out of the home. These guys were outstanding. The second crew did pretty good work, as well. The quality was great, but I thought their communication could have been better. I didn't always know what was going to happen next. Also, I thought their work took a bit longer than necessary. Altogether, the project took eight weeks. Some of this was because of my insurance company. In the end, I was impressed with this company's high quality service and the ease of working with the people.
