Review content:
Over the past 13 years, I've rented augers, tile cutters, aerators, sod cutters, and cotton candy machines from ABZ. Yesterday I rented an aerator. In the process of aerating my lawn, the chain came off the machine forcing me to return it. I never asked for any apology or even my money back, but the accusatory tone of the people of ABZ in telling me I broke the machine misusing it was insulting. They made a wrong assumption about how I used it. I've seen professionals use an aerator, and I've used them many times, so I'm experienced in using one--what happened was simply an accident as the machine got bogged down on the chain side in a soft part of my lawn. I wish no one at ABZ the same treatment of them or their families as the insulting way I was treated yesterday. I will take my business elsewhere.
