Review content:
My husband has taken his dry cleaning here for years so I decided to take in a pair of pants that I had just purchased and worn once, that cost me $150. When I got home from picking them up they were faded and the fabric was all balled and fuzzy. I have another pair of pants exactly like them so I knew it was the cleaners that had ruined them. It looked like I had washed them about 100 times with jeans! When I brought the pants back to them the women looked at me like I was full of it. She just kept saying that they look like they did when I brought them in, she wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to her. Then she made a comment that she thought that they were pajama pants which makes me believe they laundered the pants instead of dry cleaning them. She said I would have to come in when the owner got there so I did and he said the same thing. He did not listen to anything I said just kept telling me that I was wrong. They refused to do anything for me and refused to take any responsibility for anything. This is not a way to run a business. I was not trying to get money or pull one over on them, I simply wanted the pants replaced. I will be taking them to small claims court with the new pants I ordered to replace them. Maybe then they will admit that they made a mistake.\r
