Review content:
Trust the bad reviews sorry to say. My repair should have taken 2-3 days. I would have been happy if it took a week. .... Took five (5) weeks. I didn't pay my deductible. That was great. Had to rent a car though. Deductible was $500. Car rental was $680. So the deductible gimmick did not help at all. I was also treated the same as the rest of the reviewers by the customer service dept. I called once a week during the five weeks my car was gone. On hold forever (28 minutes once) and broken promises on call backs. Repair was good though, not great but definitely competent. All in all a bad experience though. Too bad. \r

Ps. The good reviews read suspiciously like they were written by crestview p&b themselves. Seriously, imagine a real customer saying any of that.
