Businiess name:  Dryer Vent Wizard

Review content:
We had been having problems with our dryer for quite a while. I didn't know such a thing as a wizard even existed! Some things got burned out and I had our appliance store come out to take a look at it. They recommended Dryer Vent Wizard. I had bought a wizard thing, but it didn't do anything. I didn't realize how much lint and stuff was down there, even in the front part. It was a lot of lint and we had no idea! The gentleman from Dryer Vent Wizard came out, took a look at it, and could tell just from some of the stuff what was in the back and in the vent what was going on. I didn't even know there were people who could do that. Our vent is on top of the our roof too, which I don't think a lot of homes do. The company who makes our dryer is apparently in court now for the type of vent hose the installers put on our dryer. We had a new hose put on the back and it fixed our problem, so now we're good to go. My dryer is ten to twelve years old. I was wondering if the cost of the repairs would be comparable to just replacing the whole thing, but it was a reasonable fix. I was glad about that. Why buy a new dryer when you have something that's good? I told my neighbor about it, who has been in the neighborhood for four or five years, and she said the same thing happened to her and that they had told her it was a wonder she didn't have her house catch on fire. I have another friend whose house did catch on fire because of the same thing. I think part of that is not being aware that there is somebody who can come out, just like for your air or heating units. So, lesson learned and now I know there is such a thing as a wizard. They would do well with a little advertising because I've told my friends and they had never heard of them either.
