Businiess name:  Home Team Car Wash

Review content:
On 11-14-13 at around 2:30pm I was offered a free car wash, I originally said no, but I thought I should support local businesses, what a mistake! Their machine broke my driver's side mirror by tearing it off my car in all but one spot. After saying something to 2 attendants 1 came to look and said ""it didn't rip it all the way off, I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry you're weren't satisfied with your car wash."" Really! This is how you respond to a customer who can potentially bring you other business. I told him I would be sure to tell my friends and he picked the wrong one to be that way to! In your first few days of business, regardless of the fact that the car wash was free, this is not the way to treat your customers and expect to stay in business! I'm not done, I've already acquired all of the Owner’s information, his mailing address, the address to serve process on, which is probably where he lives on St. Pete Beach. Will write a letter next and hope!
