Review content:
I have been very happy with the customer service and repair work done on my car. My only concern was with the work done earlier this year when my windshield wipers would quit working intermittently and with no notice. You told me that it would have to start happening more frequently before you could diagnose the problem. That was too dangerous for my comfort level. I looked it up on the BMW blogs and found that it was a common problem with my model. I asked you to order a recommended part and make the repair and you did. It was easy for me to check the blog and find the likely problem. I wish you had done the same. I felt like my safety was not important enough for you to take the time to check it out online. Other than this one instance, I have been completely with my service and the cost of repairs.
