I have used All American Carpet Cleaning 5 times now -- for carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning. I am impressed with their professional and personal response as well as the good work that they do.
Initially, I had an area rug that I needed to have cleaned and was unhappy with the people who had cleaned our carpets previously. All American had sent me a coupon in the mail, so I contacted them.
They came out right away, gave us an estimate and told us exactly what they were going to do with the rug, which they had to take with them and bring back.
We were very happy with the work they did on the rug. Since then, we have had them do our wall-to-wall carpet cleaning and were very pleased with the results.
I like that they are friendly but they also maintain a level of professionalism with the client. Their availability also is fantastic. They always return my phone calls right away.
Another big issue for me is trust, especially because we had money stolen by the company that we used previously. With All American, I have trust in Eric and whomever they send out to do the job.
