***Warning Most Fraudulent company in the world. they are thieves and they lie. I am also another owner and they were charging me for fake repairs. this company needs to be sent to the better business bureau. some repairs were never authorized. and when an appliance broke they said blue water maintenance will replace with new unit. however they replaced with used refrigerators, used stoves and charged me the cost of a new unit. They would lie and say the tenant needed the repairs however they were pocketing the money all along. Jim and Christy are both liars and should go to jail. They try to charge the owner for fraudulent repairs. The entire team are crooks ****NEVER USE CJ REALTY***NIGHTMARE ***
