Update to ""weheartjesus""below... I take it all back. He had to come back to fix cracking grout at least once already. Now, two years later, we started noticing some water damage.. And after pulling up the tile, the subfloor is soaked and rotting. The water has gone throug to our bathroom. We now have to rip out the shower again, rip out the floor again, new floor tile, new carpeting, and new subfloor, and possible Sheetrock in between the shower and the bedroom. Thanks for a colossal waste of money mr Henson. The shower never even drained properly. To which he said 'that's a good as it gets' ... So we've had to squeegee the floor every time we shower or we had standing water. If you see this guy.., kick him,, hard.. Hide your wallet, and run
