Review content:
This company is dishonest and a horrible place to get help. The owner Mark Mankamyer has absolutely no expertise when it comes to advanced computer and IT related issues. He lies to customers, steals their data when they come in to get viruses removed, intentionally mis-configures computers so they break down in order to charge the customer again when it fails. Mark Mankamyer will take your most intimate photographs when he is supposed to be fixing your computer and put them in his own personal folder on his servers for viewing them later. He is dishonest, a thief and liar. I have been charged multiple times for the same repairs, my data has been stolen and I cannot do anything about it since the owner has local government friends such as magistrates and state police troopers. NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING about this guy. I have it on accounts from previous employees that he offers to pay them under the table, refuses them proper compensation for their work and more.\r
