I've used Catherine's Pet Parlor several times for groomings. I've usually been generally happy. The last time I took my dog there (fyi, she is a very well behaved VERY calm dog, she isn't a squirmer at all) after I got home I noticed several nicks on her belly that were actually bleeding. I was obviously upset and called and spoke to Catherine, who offered me 1/2 off my next grooming. At the time I wasn't sure if I should go back. So after a few months I decided to give them another shot, since I have usually been pleased. Let me just say, a bloody coat, chair and floor later, I will NEVER go back there. One of her nails were cut so short she was bleeding excessively all over the place. I know sometimes nails are cut too short, but this was extreme. I'll never go back. NEVER.
