This could have been a total washout for this dealership, since they were performing a recall repair...they did an outstanding job of taking care of me and my car! I was offered a free ride back home, with pick-up for return offered, the work was performed as promised in LESS TIME than promised (when does that ever happen?!), and I was treated in a professional and friendly manner.
I work at a competitive dealership (Toyota) so I know how important good service is to the health of an auto dealer---these people know how to treat a customer!
