I've been using Sherman Family Chem-Dry for about three year. I love Jason. If you get Jason you don't have to worry. He does a super job. He knows what I want and does the job all the way. I have had experiences when one of the other hired hands comes to clean, they don't do as thorough a job. Someone came and didn't move a bookcase, so Jason had to come back to redo that section of the carpet that was still really grimy.
