Review content:
We are so happy we chose Rain Dance Pool & Landscape for our landscaping project! We are in a new development, so our yard was basically a dirt lot. From the design process for our pool and landscaping to the actual installation, Rain Dance was very mindful of answering our questions or concerns. They always made the changes that were necessary or desired on our part while managing to keep the project on schedule. They transformed our property from bare, dirt lot, and we are thrilled with the result!
Working with Rain Dance was a more personal experience than the stereotypical contractor experience you often hear about. The staff was compassionate and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and someone was always there to address any concerns we might have.
Since we're in a new development, a lot of our neighbors are also having landscaping or pool work done by other companies. I've heard a lot of them complaining about how long their projects are taking. Our project, which was a large one, began in late August and was completed in late October. The time frame was amazing not just because of the quantity of the work that was done, but because of the quality.
Rain Dance really understood what we wanted in the design of our property. Since we live in an area that has a really homogeneous, standard aesthetic, and we moved into a development that was modern and unique, we really wanted our exterior to match our interior. Having a modern design was a deal breaker for us, and we found when we were interviewing different landscapers it was hard to find someone who truly understood our vision. But Trey at Rain Dance really got it. He just knew what we wanted and what to do, which was really important because I have a toddler and don't have time to micromanage a project. He was always accessible as the point person for the project. He really went above and beyond on so many different levels, from finding the materials we wanted to having the crew work extra hours to get the job done on schedule. He is a very pleasant and nice guy.
It was really a holistic contractor experience!
