I don't understand these reviews, I didn't read these until after I used Master Movers. I'm glad I used them. I have just a two bedroom townehouse but we did have to stop and get my items out of a storage as well. My move was scheduled at 9 Am and the movers showed up on time and got right to work. First they took apart all the beds and moved everything from the upstairs to downstairs, this did take some time but after everything was apart and ready to go things really started picking up. They wrapped all the furniture with moving pads, put shrink wrap around my dressers so the drawers didn't open and took extra care with the glass shelves in my china cabinet. I didn't have to pay extra for the shrink wrap or tape that they used to protect my furniture. I appreciated the fact that they brought all the right tools to get my move done with no damages. The move only took 6 hours and we had an entire apartment and a full storage. I was very pleased with the amount of time it took and they worked hard all day without complaint. They were nice and communicated great with me, it was truly a stress free move. I told them I would mention them by name since they did such a great job, My movers were Michael, Artez, and Damian. I understand that moving companies hire a lot of movers and that some may be better than others but all I can say is these guys did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. In fact our office is relocating next month and I will be mentioning to my boss Master Movers for our office move. Thanks again guys for a great move.
