Review content:
We had many home repairs this year. As soon as the garage was replaced due to a tree demolishing it in storm, one thing after another just kept breaking. I had to get a gasket on the boiler and due to an issue I began communicating with the manager of customer service. When in my home to rectify that issue he discovered a problem with my radiator and was going to greet the plumber but he personally took my problem under his wing and was here. With the serviceman twice to follow through. I very much appreciated this because nothing has happened easily with maintenance lately. If every company had a Bob, we would have more productive companies with better customer service. Thank you Mr.M...."bob"
