Review content:
i waited 1.5 hrs for a walk in oil change because it was a better price than the the guys that doonly oil changes down the street. I was told after the task was completed that the tech dropped the radiator cap down into the engine comparment and a shroud had to be removed to retrieve it. My question is why did he remove the cap to check fluid level when all is needed is to check the plastic fill resevour. This is a new car that has 100k anti freeze. still scatching my head over that.
