Review content:
Complete Comfort and Maintenance came over to fix my furnace and put a new thermostat in. It went well. This was the first time I've ever used them. I think my technician's name was Mike. He was very direct and told me everything he was doing. He was very upfront.
The overall service I called them for was fine, and then they found out something else was broken. The only thing I didn't like as much was that they quoted me a price for that and then they had to call me back saying the quote was off.
I'm not saying that's their fault. The technician apologized, which I appreciate. I'd call them back if I needed their services again and if anybody asked, I would recommend them.
