We are getting ready to sell our home, so I called Complete Comfort and Maintenance out here to check the furnace before the appraisal. I think our guy's name was Travis. He was great! He climbed up into our attic several times on a very hot day. He said he thought the filters needed to be changed, and that he had all of the necessary equipment in his car. He was able to go ahead and get it done right then and there. I paid just $14 more to have him go ahead and fix the AC, too, because I trusted his work and ability so much.
