Highly Unrecommended. Do not has this group manage your home owners. Excessive fees, do nothing to manage the community, and never reply to your inquires. The only way to get them to do anything is to file a BBB complaint.\r

With over 200 homes in our community, they charge us $250 per year. A community across from us has 160 homes, $140 per year HOA fees, and they have many more amenities! Such as a pool, playground, not to mention beautiful landscape upkeep.\r

Where is the excess money going? Into Talis Mangement's pocket!\r

Look elsewhere, and avoid buying a home with their name on the HOA. Terrible company.\r

P.S. Look through all the reviews, the positive ones are definitely left by employees who were most likely forced to leave a review. These people do not know the very definition of customer service.
