Review content:
Owners of this company (Rob and Suzanne) are big bullies. Before the contract was signed, their attitude was really good, promised us things. Once the contract was signed, any verbal promises are thrown out the door unless we pay extra. When things go wrong, they would twist facts to their advantage and want us to sign "amendments" to contract terms like "home owners cannot talk to RJK's sub-contractors and employees". If we do not agree to their terms, they would stop work. They have no regards of what you think, they do things their way, their schedule.
Our project is now more than 3 weeks beyond original schedule with no end in sight.
