We just moved to the area and had a problem with our Volkswagen. We found the Auto Repair Inc. was listed on the Ohio ECheck list of repair facilities so we thought it was going to be a reliable company. Unfortunately we had the worst experience of our lifetime! A part that was supposed to be fixed without a few hours ended up being in the shop for one week! It was a simple part that should have taken no longer than a few hours, as we were promised. Then, the secretary started to give us lame excuses as to why it was not finished. One excuse was the company forgot to order a part! Two days later the excuse was they ordered a part but not all of it. When we called to see what was going on, the secretary acted like we were bothering her just asking about our car. We had to cancel our vacation because this was the families only car (which the repair shop knew we were taking and that it was our only car) because they couldn't get the service department to finish it within a week o
