Review content:
We looked at 5 different kinds of software before deciding to use SCI Solutions. We chose SCI mainly because of the report capability, which we found very appealing.
SCI's report capability allows you to pull up a lot of the information you need in a canned report form that you can then customize. This fit with what we were doing and helped us immensely.
Getting started with their software was one of the most painless builds and installations I have ever experienced.
We also have noticed that the volume has increased 5 percent in departments where we are using the software. This is significant, as we had estimated a 1-percent increase.
We have taken over 5 or 6 departments and are planning to use the software across additional departments as well.
SCI's help desk is staffed by some of the nicest people. They are responsive and patient even when we ask stupid questions.
We have had a great relationship with SCI Solutions. I have already recommended them to others.
