Review content:
The front staff in this office are rude and do not care about the patients. The way they handle disputes is to make the patient feel like it is their fault and their responsibility, no matter what.\r

I left a credit card number for them, which they told me they would hold on to so they could automatically charge it at the end of each month when I needed to make a payment. However, they failed to keep the card and rather than apologizing, refused to see me at all. Rescheduling would've been a hassle bc I lived 45 min away and cannot take off anymore days off for work. \r
\r
My doctor, Dr Norwood, was very pleasant to work with. However, the disorganization and rude demeanor of their front staff was a big headache, so I'm transferring to another office that is more organized and actually cares about their patients. \r
