I have been coming to Lynnwood Honda for service on my vehicle for the past 6 years. I brought my vehicle for a maintenance service on October 30. I dropped my car off the night before since my appointment was at 7:30am. My service advisor, Oscar, called me promptly in the morning to go over the work I needed to be done. He told me my car would be ready around 2 pm. Later in the morning he called to inform me I needed new rear brakes. My husband authorized the repairs and Oscar said he would call when the vehicle was ready. I assumed my pick up time would be significantly later since I needed the additional repair, but it was done on time. When I came to pick up my car, Oscar introduced himself, the first service advisor ever to introduce themselves to me. He explained the work that was done. He also had looked up any recalls and noticed my car needed one. He had that fixed while my car there. I was impressed!! It is difficult for me to bring my car in since I have 3 small children and for me to not have to bring it in on another visit to have this recall done was amazing to me. Oscar is the best service advisor I've had in the 6 years I have been coming to Lynnwood Honda. Thanks Oscar!
