Predatory service sales tactics. Tried to sell my mom over a $1000 of work that was entirely unneeded. Went back to check my records. They had convinced me to do timing belt at 68k and then when I had it in for an alternator at 106k they tried to convince me to do it again. Has anyone ever heard of doing a timing belt after 40k? (I don't think so.) These people prey on women who they think are patsy's. They also tried to convince me of brake fluid flush (untrue) and trans flush(also untrue). Liars
