Review content:
I always take my car heer for the oil change...they are very pleasant. However, when I got home the car was leaking oil...I did not feel like driving back. My neighbor is a retired mechanic...he lives across the street. He looked at the car and thought it was leaking from the oil pan, however, when he looked at it further, the oil filter was not tight at all...he got under the car and gave it a couple of turns...when I called back they apologized, they stated they would give me a free oil change...but stated it was strange...I really do not care about the free oil change...I care my car is done correctly when I leave. Also, it is not my fault, it was not done correctly in the first place....I would rather not ask the neighbor to look at it...when I called back they asked me to bring it back in....I do not have time for all that...I like the place, however, I want to know it is done correctly when I leave...my car is an investment and I do not want oil on the driveway...
