I was contacted in response to my most recent service survey, and wanted to share that he was very pleased with his experience at Neftin VW. Even though it was on a Saturday with limited services and very busy, the dealer kept him informed at all times what was happening with his vehicle and went over everything with him when the vehicle was done. The dealer personnel were very helpful and professional, as he loves his 2012 Golf, and his wife is thinking of purchase a new VW vehicle now as well.\r
