I had a terrible experience with this company. I used them for my sister's bachelorette party and they did not uphold any of their promises, such as half off drinks, free covers, and a decorated limo. The driver was over 30 minutes late. We also were not dropped off in front of the bars we were going to and had to walk through a gravel parking lot in heels at one of the bars. The limo driver also did not know where he was going; we had to help him with directions for the some of the spots and he did not know how to turn the air conditioning on, we had to look around and figure it out ourselves. When I called and complained, the owner was never there. I finally was able to talk to the owner and after numerous conversations and complaints he offered me two hours free when I book four. How is that helping me. I never received any of my money back for the limo or the covers that were supposed to be free. I would never use them again and would advise everyone else to stay away.
