A co-worker asked me to order a fruit basket to thank some other co-workers, so we ordered from here and had it delivered to our office. First of all the quality: it was nice, but not as nice as I expected for the price and the way it was described to me over the phone. It looked as though it should have cost half of what they charged. For an event following this one, I went to the King Soopers in Glendale to their floral department, and the fruit basket they created for $50 less than what 5280 charged was spectacular.\r \r After placing my order, I asked them to send me a receipt. I was told they only go out at month end--and that I'd get it at the end of September. It never showed up.\r \r So when I reached the deadline for turning in my company expenses and noticed I hadn't received it, I called and asked them to send it. They were curt to the point of rude, and informed me that they would do it on their own time. They refused to send it to me by the time I asked. Just plain rude on the phone.\r \r Plus, would it really take so much effort to answer the phone with the name of their business instead of a long pause and ""Hello?"" Every time I've had to call them I think I've dialed a wrong number. \r \r I won't use this company again.
