Warning! Simmons came as a recommendation from a neighbor. After providing an outlandish estimate for fixing my riding mower I asked him about his labor rates. He didn't want to discuss them and promptly told me that he had no interest in fixing the mower and to come pick it up and hung up on me. Upon picking the mower up and paying the $87 estimate fee I found my mower and its engine in pieces in a box. The mower ran when I took it to him and now it was in over 20 pieces. He hurriedly loaded the mower on my trailer and with a smile on his face said.. the estimate was for tear down only. He never told us this nor documented anything. I asked him what his problem was and he said he was enjoying this and thought it was funny. Unbelievable!! While I rummaged through the box trying to identify the pieces and make some effort to figure out if everything was there his wife threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave now. I hadn't even had time to strap the mower down to the trailer! I told her to please call them as I would love to tell them this story. Of course she didn't. Yes he was nice until I questioned him about his labor rate and then he turned into someone you don't want anything to do with. Stay clear neighbors, stay clear of this place. He cost me alot of money as my mower is worth almost nothing now and nobody wants to work on it from a box of parts. Stay clear neighbors.
