We have bought cars from Honda of Concord before. And this time was even better with all the sales people involved along with some of the financial heads that made the deal and assisted with all the paperwork. Tom was good before and even better this time around! He always takes the time to chat about other things than the deal that's going on and make the buying experience more personal for us. Luke helped with the deal and he also did a great job! Mike is always good and negotiating the best deal for us and keeping our financials in mind. We will continue to buy all our vehicles from Honda of Concord as long as Tom and Mike continue to work there! We know we have a home at Honda of Concord and are always treated with kindness and care from the sales to service staff, and even Rich and Amanda that finish up the boring but important paperwork of the deal! Thanks again Honda for always exceeding our expectations!
