Review content:
I purchased an expensive radio, blue tooth, GPS nav unit from Car Toys and had them do the install. I spent over $1600 (unit and install) because I wanted it done right. When it came time to have the unit taken out, I discovered that Car Toys cut out the manufacturers wiring harness (big No-No) and spliced everything together. This is what's known as ""hack job"" because they were too cheap to install a aftermarket adapter to preserve the manufacturer's wiring. When I called them on it, they denied it. Then they had the audacity to want $175 to fix their own mistake. I wont be returning to that store!
