Review content:
Anita's floral design is sound, but if you want good customer service, try somewhere else. The designer here is snooty and acts as if she is doing you a favor to discuss a design with you.\r
\r
I went to the shop to get a wreath for my mother's front door a day or so after my father died, which I told the designer. She helped other customers who came in after me. She wouldn't show me a wreath I asked to see, because it was sold. I didn't ask to buy it, I asked to see it. \r
\r
She did not have the size I needed, so i asked if she could design a wreath from her stock if I could get a base somewhere else. She told me it ""was not her policy"" to assist in that way.\r
\r
The staff at Phillips on Herschel is very helpful and had what I needed. \r
