Review content:
Very bad experience renting from Tom. Landlord obligations were not fulfilled, terrible at best. I went no less than 1 month w/o the use of the oven. Tom stated that the house would be painted, the garage door would be repaired, the hole in the garage ceiling would be repaired, the front door would be replaced along with the trim because it could not be secured properly after a break in, etc. A span of ""YEARS"" went by since the first promise was made & after I moved out the repairs were still outstanding. No one deserves this type of treatment. It may make a frugal homeowner happy for their property to be managed in this manner, however, everyone loses in the end. I hope this resonates with Tom & he never treats anybody else in this manner. He can choose to overlook this & act like it never happened, however, that's bad business & will only lead to his business being overlooked in the future.
