Review content:
We reserved a party bus with this company for a Halloween outing with myself and 10 other friends. Didn't negotiate the price - simply accepted what I was quoted. Actually, it was higher than a few other limo companies but I figured I'd pay the higher price to deal with a local company. \r

They send a hummer limo instead of the party bus that was reserved. They claim someone vomited the night before and the limo bus could not be cleaned in time. They knew this the night before and I was never informed, rather they just sent a limo we did not want and were told to just deal with. I was offered a hummer limo at the time of reservation but I SPECIFICALLY reserved a party bus and told him I didn't want a hummer limo. \r

Spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction... I was told to just deal with it; he also stated that he can rent the limo out to another customer if I didn't want to deal with it. Told me he would do nothing about the price and thought we were bluffing about sending the limo away but we did. I have never been treated so terrible by a company. \r

To be fair, I did speak with an alternate owner who tried to make it up but this is after we hired an alternate company at that point it was too late. We had already been picked up by an alternate company. \r

Treated horribly by this company - I will never use them again.
