First of all, when you purchased this gun, you were able to handle it and inspect it. If you were going to do this much research, you should've done it before making a purchase. NOT AFTERWARDS! and the definition of a new gun is 'one that is not previously owned or fired!' What did you expect for them to do??? Give you a refund and be stuck with a big financial loss?? Because their NEW gun would then have to be sold at a lower value because it is classified as a USED GUN, all because you purchased it and then decided to go home and scower the internet looking for something that you did not like about the gun you just purchased!! It was not advertised as being the latest or greatest model so they did not mislead you. When the gun manufacturers build the guns they don't overnight them to Mobile Shooting Center! This gun could've sat in a distributors warehouse for two years and then been sold to Mobile Shooting Center. Or it could've just been sitting on the shelf for a little while. Either way, by definition this was a new gun. It is a shame that people like you try to ruin a local business's reputation when the family that owns it has worked so hard to build it and would be willing to bend over backwards to make sure that all of their customers are treated fairly. And sure you can go out on the internet and buy things cheaper and you'll (sometimes) get what you order and lord help you if you need service after the sale! People do not understand that internet businesses do not have the overhead and expenses of a store front or employees to provide you with customer service. They did not manufacture the gun and did everything they could do to satisfy you by offering to return it to the manufacturer to have the changes made like you wanted. I have been a LOYAL customer to Mobile Shooting Center for years and always will be! They are upfront, honest and knowledgeable and they will take care of you better than anyone else in town. The owners (Mike and Cindy) are some of the most honest and hard working people you will ever meet. People please don't be fooled by this person's ignorant review!!!
