I am very displeased with my most recent expeirence at this dealership. I was lied to by a service advisor and told they needed to keep my car overnight and then received a phone call an hour later saying my car was ready and nothing was wrong. When I informed the manager of the situation he agreed that I was lied to and promised to make the situation better. The next day I waited until after 5 pm to hear from the manager like he promised and he never called. I finally called and was told "oh I'm sorry he was supposed to call you, your car is ready nothing is wrong with it". I was extremly frustrated with the situation and disappointed that I was not only lied to by a service advisor but also by the manager. In my opinion this was the worst service I have ever received. I know Auto Nation's service standards and I know that they did not meet up to those standards at all. When I bought my car they raved about the top rated service department and I will not ever be back. I understand being busy and not having answers but I will not stand for being lied to!! Very Disappointing!!
