I was very disappointed in the lack of care which was given to my one-of-a-kind Indian silk carpet. The first time I picked it up, the carpet had been rolled up wet, buckling the fabric. I took it back. The second time, the carpet had been 'brushed"". They obviously did not know how to clean this unique piece of art, and should have been honest enough up front to let me know. DO NOT use them if you value your investment!!
