As usual, you "came through" for me- again. After discovering (at 7:30pm) that changing the thermostat on my '02 Impala was more involved than I was willing to deal with, I "blind-sided" you by dropping it off that same night with a note.
You (Roscoe) had me on the road by closing time the next day. It's great to have a mechanic/garage that is so responsive and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need- I've trusted my vehicles to your care for 10-15 years now, and will happily continue to do so!
