I researched F150 pickup's and was zeroing in on my choice and I contacted Landmark Ford by email and received a quote from Tom Rayner than was very fair. We came in, met Tom and he proceeded to show us several models focusing on our needs. We finally settled on the one we liked best and took it for a test drive. We traded in our old vehicle, completed all the paperwork and were driving away in 3 hours total. That included the time Tom spent with us, pairing our cell phones with the new sync system. Tom worked hard to understand what we wanted and found what we were looking for. It was a positive experience. We are very pleased.
