This is a long overdue response to the review on here from m h on 3/2012. I feel the need to say something because I was the so called irresponsible employee who overslept and upset this person. I have worked for this clinic 19 yrs and in this time this was the first time i had ever overslept. I hardly miss a day of work, i love these animals as if they were my own pets. I always check on the pets and supervise to make sure all is going well. My alarm did not go off that day until 7, because sat we are in at 8, and i did not change it back to 6 that day. I had alot of pets coming in that morning, So i was horrified. i overslept. I rushed to get dressed and got to the clinic by 8 am. All the clients except the one who wrote the nasty review waited and those who know it is not like me to not show were very worried. I called and apologized to this person, who was very rude to me, felt he was entitled to my cell??? No pets were in any danger, we react very quickly to emergency care and
