Review content:
I've taken my animals to Cypress Veterinary Hospital for about a decade now. I can't say that every detail of every transaction went perfectly, but that's true of every business on earth. What I can say with confidence is that the staff has gone out of their way to help when my animals needed something, and they have certainly gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping me to treat and re-home strays. I'm not one for over-treating -- basic, adequate, and reasonable care that I would choose for myself is what I want -- and occasionally, I do say no to suggested care. The staff understands and respects my wishes regarding this. They understand that their role is to explain all possible treatments and outcomes, and that mine is to make the decision about what treatments to pursue.
