Review content:
To begin with, those employed with the organization were very unsatisfactory people. Dealing with business such as fixing bulbs, appliances, or jammed doors seemed to generate argumentative tones in which on occasion I was asked to "fix it yourself." Seeing as how this is their responsibility as landlords refusing to provide maintenance on the apartment means collecting security deposit from tenants at the end of the lease. It's hugely inconvenient and frustrating to reason with people who are out to make an immoral buck. This and the fact that our four bedroom apartment only had one window, too...in someone's room. A very unfair deal to begin with. As you would expect, other unsuitable living conditions arose from their two-month long 7:00 a.m. alarming construction work that took place directly beneath our apartments. As a college student my nights and mornings are very important as I have late nights to do work and value what time I have to rest before my 9:00 a.m. classes.
